RELEASE SHAME AROUND SEXUALITY & PLEASURE WITH A SOMATIC HEALING, INNER CHILD PLAYING, BURLESQUE DAY RETREAT - Spring is the perfect season to work with the Queen Archetype, our guide for all things pleasure, embodiment, sensuality, reciprocity, and being able to openly receive (rather than over-give) in relationships. Clinical therapist, Elizabeth DeVaughn, will lead somatic practices and opening ceremony and performer and dance instructor, Wayward Pixie, will lead movement and teach a burlesque routine. In the midst of the day there will be craft stations set up for creative playtime while you sip tea and eat treats! The combination of activities is designed to help you to tap into your joy in pleasure and play and to shed shame around being sexy, wild, and free!
